Description
A compact IP65 screw-mounted motor brake relay assembly, designed for retrofitting to existing DOL multi-head starter systems. SX9033/200N is suitable for braking up to 5 motors individually rated from 500W to 7.5kW, up to a total combined power of 15kW.
Depending on the number of motors and total power, it comprises one or two BA9034N/100 motor brake relay modules, superfast semiconductor fuses and the trigger, interlock and DC current isolation relays needed to interface with a multi-head, master-stop controlled machine. An enclosure-mounted master stop button is provided, which may be wired in series with the machine’s existing master stop circuit.
Motors are divided into groups of up to 7.5kW per brake relay, with a maximum of two groups. Due to the many variations of contactor and machine design, this unit is not supplied prewired.
